CENTREPOINT THEATRE
This state of the art Theatre, tiered on two levels and featuring
a
120m2 (1291 ft2) proscenium stage.
KILACHAND STUDIO
The Kilachand Studio Theatre is an intimate space ideal for
smaller performances, seminars, experimental theatre and community productions.
Kilachand has flexible seating that can be configured into various styles, including to a flat-floor empty space and raked seating of 151 seats.
Hosting both international and 'home grown' exhibitions, and measuring approximately 16.2m x11.5m, the main exhibition hall within the Manu Chhabria Arts Centre is a wonderfully tranquil space, and is fitted with a unique visual arts hanging system. Gallery dimensions|
REHEARSAL AND DANCE STUDIOS
There are 3 rehearsal studios specifically equipped with dance
and sound equipment, floor to ceiling mirrors, ballet bars/hand rails, sprung floors and sound proofing.
The Arts Centre building comprises:

These spaces are available for visual arts exhibition, product launches, seminars, conference breakout rooms, arts workshops, language classes and so on.
THE BALCONY LOUNGE
This carpeted lounge situated on the 2nd floor of the Theatre is equipped with a long bar, stools and regular chairs, high and low round tables as well as comfortable leather sofas.
This lounge can be configured to suit a number of casual or formal settings and is ideal for conferences, corporate gatherings, workshops and large scale interviews.
With access to an external terrace overlooking the Ski Dubai slope, The Balcony Lounge is ideal for serving food and beverage at pre-show events, post show events, as well as intermission.
The Old Library, established in 1969, and Dubai’s leading English language lending library, became part of DUCTAC in 2006. It is a non-profit organisation which is run entirely by volunteers as a service to the Dubai community.
The Library has a collection of over 17,000 books and has well stocked specialist sections for Children, Teenagers, Adult Fiction, General Reference and the Middle East. New books are purchased every month for the Children's, Teenage and Adult sections of the Library. The Library also has a selection of secondhand books for sale.
