Design on Canvas for kids (ages 8+)
This course will allow students both new to art or more experienced to express
themselves using less conventional media. Students will learn how to apply
acrylic paint in a variety of ways to create different effects which can then be
enhanced with coloured liners, sequins, gold or silver leaf, and textured
materials. The options are endless and exciting enabling you to create
individual and unique artworks.
The ability to draw or to have had some previous art experience is not
necessary.

Knitting Basics for kids (ages 6-10)
The discovery begins with Knitting Basics. In this class you will learn to cast
on stitches, knit them, purl them, bind them off at the end, increase the
number of stitches, decrease them, and through practice, how to create an
even fabric. By the end of this class you will have a good grasp of the basics
of knitting, and will have a pocket bag or a scarf to use and enjoy.
